Legal documents are currently available in English and Spanish. You are viewing the English version.
1. What you may contribute
You may contribute material that helps verify academic listings or Erasmus agreements, report corrections, or support a feature that expressly invites uploads. Contributions are reviewed before they change canonical academic information.
3. Licence
You keep ownership. You grant iErasmus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, review, format and display the contribution only as needed to operate, verify and improve the service. This licence ends when the material is removed, except for lawful backups, established source records and rights or dispute evidence.
4. Review and accuracy
We may reject, redact, quarantine or remove material that is unsafe, irrelevant, unverifiable, unlawful or rights-infringing. Submission does not guarantee publication or a response deadline.
Contributed agreements are informational and do not guarantee Erasmus eligibility, official recognition, academic equivalence or acceptance by any institution. Confirm decisions with the relevant universities.
5. Copyright and removal notices
Send a notice to support@ierasmus.app identifying the material or URL, the right involved, why use is unauthorized, your contact details where legally permitted, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. We review notices manually and may request evidence or notify the contributor where appropriate.
6. Privacy
The Privacy Notice and Retention Policy explain how contributor identity, files, source history and requests are handled. Contact privacy@ierasmus.app to exercise a data-protection right.
