1. Your role

These Organizer Terms supplement the Terms of Service. You are responsible for the organizer identity you present and for deciding whether you act as a business, association or individual. Individual organizers may have consumer rights when buying an iErasmus plan if the legal conditions are met.

2. Event duties

  • Publish accurate identity, date, venue, accessibility, capacity, price, restrictions and cancellation information, and keep it current.
  • Obtain necessary rights, permits, insurance and consents; provide a safe event and comply with consumer, tax, equality and local rules.
  • Respond to attendees, honour valid tickets and provide legally required remedies when an event changes or is cancelled.

3. Plans and quotas

Organizer plans are purchased through web checkout. Price, billing period, tax treatment and included limits are shown before payment. Server-side entitlement determines available features. Cancelling renewal does not erase historical orders or use a separate legal withdrawal right.

Event and media quotas apply to the period shown. Deleting an event does not restore a consumed weekly event quota.

4. Ticketing, Stripe and refunds

For paid native tickets, you are the seller and must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Charges are made to your connected account and the checkout identifies ticket amount and fees. You are responsible for product, tax, refund and customer-service obligations that apply to your sale.

Open free events do not reserve capacity or issue native QR tickets. Free QR events reserve limited capacity and issue admission credentials without a payment. Do not describe one mode as the other.

Do not use a blanket no-refund statement where law or your event commitment requires a refund. Keep cancellation and contact information clear before checkout.

5. Door team

Assign named door staff only to events they should access, confirm invitations and revoke access promptly. A saved contact has no automatic all-event permission. You remain responsible for instructions and admission decisions made by your team.

6. Records and moderation

Plan expiry or account closure may stop new publishing while preserving orders, refunds, admissions, audit evidence and attendee rights. We may restrict content or ticketing to investigate unlawful, unsafe, misleading or rights-infringing activity.
