1. Operator and scope

iErasmus is operated by Premium Spanish Products BV, Rotterdamsedijk 45, 3112 AA Schiedam, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 91062209 and VAT identification number NL865540160B01. The public business telephone number is +31 683 915 925. These terms apply to the iErasmus mobile applications, organizer dashboard, public help and related services.

These terms supplement mandatory consumer law. Nothing in them removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Accounts and access

The service is available only to adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share a door-team account or QR credential.

Students may browse the core service without paying iErasmus. An organizer profile may exist before a paid plan is activated. Features remain controlled by the entitlement shown by the service.

3. Organizer plans

Basic, Premium and Diamond organizer plans are offered through web checkout using Stripe. Displayed plan prices exclude VAT. Applicable tax depends on the billing details and must be shown before payment together with the billing period. The mobile apps do not sell these organizer plans.

A plan renews only as disclosed at checkout. Cancelling through the billing portal stops a future renewal at the end of the current paid period; it is separate from any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right. If you act as a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights that apply to your purchase, including any 14-day withdrawal right unless a lawful exception applies after the required information and request.

Plan limits apply as displayed. If a weekly event quota is consumed, deleting that event does not restore the quota for that week. A plan ending does not erase historical orders, refunds, admissions or records that must remain available for service, safety or legal reasons.

4. Events, tickets and payments

Organizers are responsible for event accuracy, capacity, accessibility, safety, permits, tax, consumer information and fulfilment. iErasmus does not organize an event merely by listing it.

An organizer can publish an open free event without reservation or iErasmus capacity control, or a capacity-limited free event that issues a native QR ticket. Paid native tickets use Stripe Connect. The organizer is the seller and receives the charge through its connected account; fees and totals are itemized before confirmation.

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the event, the organizer's disclosed policy and mandatory law. These terms do not impose blanket non-refundability or waive consumer rights. A payment return or browser close is not proof that an order succeeded; the confirmed order and wallet state control.

5. Door access and QR security

Door access is granted per event. Membership of an organizer's saved team does not grant access to every event. Organizers must assign, review and revoke permissions appropriately.

Native QR tokens are sensitive admission credentials. Do not publish, duplicate or collect them outside the intended scanner flow. Used, refunded, revoked or invalid tickets must not be admitted.

6. Content and contributions

You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, review, display and operate it. You must have authority to provide it and must respect privacy, confidentiality, copyright and other rights.

Academic listings and contributed agreements are informational. iErasmus is not an official Erasmus institution and does not guarantee admission, eligibility, academic equivalence or recognition by a university.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not impersonate another person or organizer, manipulate availability, scans, payments or analytics, or bypass account and event permissions.
  • Do not upload malware, unlawful material, passwords, identity documents outside an expressly enabled protected flow, or confidential agreements without authority.
  • Do not use the service to harass, discriminate, deceive, infringe rights or endanger others.

8. Availability, moderation and changes

We may investigate reports, restrict unlawful or unsafe content, pause affected features and protect accounts or payments. We will consider context and available appeal or contact routes where appropriate.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but events, third-party services and network connections can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that third-party event or academic information is complete.

9. Responsibility

Each party remains responsible for loss it causes under applicable law. Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

10. Law, rights and contact

Dutch law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections of the country where they habitually live. Courts and dispute routes are determined by applicable law.

For service questions or to exercise a legal right, contact support@ierasmus.app. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@ierasmus.app. Cancelling renewal in the billing portal does not by itself waive or exercise a separate statutory withdrawal right.
